At Tauréne Toronto, we are committed to providing a luxurious and seamless shopping experience. Each piece is crafted with care, and your satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds fairly and transparently.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only on new, unused, and undamaged full-priced products. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion

  • Items marked as Final Sale at checkout

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items that are defective or shipped in error by Tauréne Toronto.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Tauréne Toronto is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Return Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • A Return Form and detailed instructions for shipping your item back

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or shipped in error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
To exchange an item for a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@taurenetoronto.com, including:

  • Photos of the defect or damage

  • Your order number

Upon inspection, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.


8. Responsibility for Returned Goods

Until your returned item reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. Tauréne Toronto is not liable for returns lost in transit.
